Isaac has been running track and cross country since he was six years old. He first began with javelin, long jump, and sprints. But as time went on, he fell in love with distance running and has also enjoyed trying the steeplechase. Isaac has competed at the national level (finishing on the podium each time) multiple times through his club team, which he has competed with for 12 years. He has also run with both a private and public school, and has earned varsity letters each season of his high school career. He holds the club records in 6 different events (javelin, 400m hurdles, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, and steeplechase), and has helped his track team set new school records in the 4x800 and DMR.
